  • Lecture "Virtuous business: myth or reality?"

    On November 10th, an online lecture was held on the topic: "Virtuous business: myth or reality?"

    During this event, various aspects of honest business were considered, real examples were analyzed and practical examples of successful companies were studied.

    The speaker was Anastasia Shum, the Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Activities of Lesya Ukrainka University. She shared her experience, answered all the questions she were asked and provided valuable advice on creating a virtuous business.

    ELSA DAY is an annual event organized by ELSA — a non-profit organization of law students.

    ELSA DAY 2023 will focus on legal debates on the topic: "Development of electoral law as a component of sustainable development of human rights", where the advantages and disadvantages of the election system, as well as its impact on Ukrainian society, will be discussed.

    Why is this so important?

    The development of the right to vote is important for the sustainable development of human rights, as it contributes to the strengthening of democracy, the rule of law and respect for human rights.

    The suffrage is one of the fundamental human rights. It guarantees citizens the right to participate in the political life of their country, elect their representatives and influence politics.

    Essay competition on the topic "Fighting corruption under martial law" is a national event organized by local branches: ELSA Lutsk, ELSA Ternopil, ELSA Kyiv, which is held for the purpose of developing legal education among students and young lawyers, increasing their interest, developing doctrinal scientific study of the problem of corruption under martial law and encouraging participants to professional and scientific improvement.
